I am almost certain that the dog actually started the fire, but the cat is too nice to tattle on the dog.
what moron left a kerosine lamp where the kitty could knock it over? probably the woofie was chasing the innocent kitty and the kitty couldn't help but knock it over.
I'm glad everyone got out OK and the kitty's tail will be all right.
